Students in the School of Political Sciences take the academic program awarding a teaching certificate in Civics and political science. Students will have to take a complementary course dealing with the Arab minority in Israel. In addition, students will have to take courses in legal subjects: Foundations of the Israeli Legal System, or constitutional law (courses are provided by the Multi-disciplinary Studies Division). Students who took these courses in their B.A. studies will be exempt from complementary studies (following coordination with the school secretariat). The grade that is required in these courses is 75 on average and no less than 70 in each course.
